The Internet of Things

The panelists are scholars studying emerging technologies and their potential use as surveillance devices. Rather than speculate on technologies that actually haven't yet become a part of the everyday life, this panel aims to use the results from their own in-depth research projects in social science to shed light on issues such as privacy, freedom and resistance.
